• Operational process management from A to Z – entire process management cycle from status check to sustainable control • Systematic clarification of tasks – precisely define the goals and framework of the improvement initiative • Analyze processes and derive goals – identify bottlenecks, set operational goals • Develop target processes – model lean processes and check them for feasibility • Plan and implement process execution – clearly establish roles, resources, and IT interfaces • Measure processes – check target achievement with key performance indicators • Accompany change – plan and communicate changes, deal with resistance

• Confidently apply operational process management – you will receive a concrete process model for improving your processes. • Strengthen your change management skills – you will recognize resistance and even be able to turn it to your advantage. • The Use of Artificial Intelligence - You'll gain insights into practical applications of AI in process management. • Direct practical application – you can work on your own processes and receive feedback in a safe space. • You will exchange ideas with other experts and strengthen your network. • Optional TÜV certification – If you register accordingly, this seminar can be completed with an exam that, if successful, will certify you as an “Operational Process Manager”.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of process management is helpful. A willingness to get actively involved and an interest in practical improvement approaches are ideal.

Conditions of participation
The preliminary e-learning courses provide basic knowledge in a flexible manner that can be accessed anywhere. In the three-day on-site training course, you will learn practical applications, through keynote speeches with practical examples, case studies and group and individual exercises. The seminar is supplemented by peer case consultations, live demonstrations and the use of proven visualisation techniques. In addition, customer examples from real OPM projects are incorporated to strengthen the practical transfer.
